🗓️If you have a specific date to meet, for example, a special event to attend, please write it in the note section of your order.We will do our best to accommodate your request,(or we can refund and cancel the order if it is too rushed.)

If any of your measurements fall on the borderline between two sizes, please select the larger size to ensure a good fit overall. 
We recommend having any loose areas tailored to fit more snugly by a local tailor near you, as it’s easier to alter something that's loose than to make something that’s too small larger.

If you don’t perfectly fit into one of the standard sizes listed above, no worries! Choose the 'Bespoke Tailor-made' option on the item page, provide your specific measurements, and we can craft your garment to your exact specifications.

✈️ Standard Shipping:
We ship from 🇭🇰Hong Kong via Spaceship Air (that means usually UPS) Internationally, estimate ~7-12 days

🚀 Express Shipping:
If you choose to upgrade to the Express shipping option for faster delivery, Great choice! That should shorten the delivery time to roughly 5 days, depending on your region)

To keep your bespoke piece looking flawless for years to come, please follow these care guidelines.

✨ Option 1: Professional Care (Highly Recommended)
Let the professionals work their magic. We highly recommend sending your garment to a trusted dry cleaner. 

✋ Option 2: Hand Wash
• Hand wash carefully in cold water.
• To smooth out wrinkles, iron (test the temperature first) or steam on the inside/wrong side of the fabric.

🧺 Option 3: Machine Wash (For less delicate fabrics)
Some pieces can withstand a machine wash if handled with extra love:
• Prep: Unbutton all snap buttons and unhook closures, but zip up the zipper. 
• Wash: Turn the garment inside out, place it in a protective mesh laundry bag, and machine wash cold (max 30°C) on a delicate cycle.

📐 Pro-Drying Tips (Crucial for Fit)
• Never tumble dry. Keep the garment away from heat while wet.
• For standard fabrics: Hang dry immediately.
• For stretchy, thin, or extra delicate fabrics: Do not hang normally, as the water weight will pull on the collar and shoulders. Instead, lay it flat on a thick towel, use a flat sweater-drying net, or hang it from the waistline over a hanger.

⚠️ Absolute Golden Rules:
❌ NEVER bleach.
❌ NEVER tumble dry.

Exchanges are only allowed within 14 days of delivery and are applicable only for faulty items that need to be replaced or repaired.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition, including the original packaging.
