搭條蔥 (Spring onion as gift, Basket) ,
super joyful project ✨

We took a rediscovery trip to the currently still functioning Sheung Wan market(上環街市),
with hope of capturing (fabric printing) visuals for this basket project.

Grateful to observe and learn how the neighborhood are continuously maintaining this colorful + vivid district,
we name the bag "搭條蔥" (Spring onion as gift)
as the friendly vegetable stand owner warms my heart with her spring onion and smile as gift 😊

✨YES the extra spring onion tie/scarf is included

-Basket underneath our original printed textile are also completely handweaved, by a dear friend of ours,
very proud to present this work!
