🗓️If you have a specific date to meet, for example, a special event to attend, please write it in the note section of your order.We will do our best to accommodate your request,(or we can refund and cancel the order if it is too rushed.)

If any of your measurements fall on the borderline between two sizes, please select the larger size to ensure a good fit overall. 
We recommend having any loose areas tailored to fit more snugly by a local tailor near you, as it’s easier to alter something that's loose than to make something that’s too small larger.

If you don’t perfectly fit into one of the standard sizes listed above, no worries! Choose the 'Bespoke Tailor-made' option on the item page, provide your specific measurements, and we can craft your garment to your exact specifications.

✈️ Standard Shipping:
We ship from 🇭🇰Hong Kong via Spaceship Air (that means usually UPS) Internationally, estimate ~7-12 days

🚀 Express Shipping:
If you choose to upgrade to the Express shipping option for faster delivery, Great choice! That should shorten the delivery time to roughly 5 days, depending on your region)

✨DRY CLEAN ONLY✨

We highly recommend to let the professionals work their magic.

*If you must clean it at home ✋hand wash carefully and hang dry.
Then, iron (test the temperature first) or steam the inside/wrong side of the garment.

There are some items that don't require such delicate care and may be able to withstand delicate mode in a washing machine if placed in a mesh bag for protection. However, still hang dry and iron afterwards.

Most importantly:
❌NEVER bleach
❌NEVER machine tumble dry

Exchanges are only allowed within 14 days of delivery and are applicable only for faulty items that need to be replaced or repaired.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition, including the original packaging.
